Jeremy L. Sackett

Founder & CSO

Jeremy has leveraged his robust skill set, developed in the contract research/manufacturing sector of the pharmaceutical industry, to lead Cascadia Labs’ growth since its inception. With an innovative, quality-driven, and science-based approach to cannabis and plant-derived medicine, Jeremy dedicates his professional efforts to a personal mission of finding solutions for improved well-being for all communities.

 

Austin Sharp

Austin has 25+ years in executive roles with companies as large as Citigroup, small as Headlands Brewing, and diverse as Clif Bar, Jim Beam Brands, The National Food Laboratory and Fonterra. He is passionate about helping businesses scale in a sustainable and thoughtful manner, and brings that drive to Cascadia every day.

Damon Bradbury

Damon earned his PhD from the Department of Environmental Science, Policy, and Management at the University of California at Berkeley, where his research focused on soil microbiology and soil nutrient cycling.  He has contributed to the development and transfer of soil nutrient testing methods at an agricultural soil testing startup and performed heavy metals analysis and method development at an environmental / industrial hygiene company.  Damon is excited to contribute to Cascadia Labs participation in the California cannabis testing industry as the Senior Inorganic Chemist at our Redwood Valley, CA location.

Sharon Harney

Sharon received her degree from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry. She has a strong research background in the microbiology of plants including using her skills in plant pathogen diagnosis as well as the study of beneficial plant microbes. Currently Sharon is the Director of Microbiology for Forensic Analytical Laboratories and utilizes her abilities in a variety of fields including indoor air quality, food microbiology, and health as well as plants.
